Laugh Track presents LIVING WITH MUM
Synopsis: Mum’s a zombie!
Director: Anton Short
Our interview with the director:
Laugh Track: How much time and energy did you spend making the movie?
Anton:
Time : 2 day shoot, 1 day pick ups, 600 re-edits
Energy : about 17,576 K/Cal
Energy : about 17,576 K/Cal
Do you think it was worth all that time/energy?
Yeah. I’ve always wanted to do a Zom-com with a twist and finally I got to do it.
No, honestly. Was it?
Definitely. As it’s based on a tru-ish story, it’s saved me thousands on therapy bills
What’s the funniest thing that happened on set? And by funniest we mean the most horrible thing.
In a now deleted scene, Zombie mum and Jake are meditating. In the middle of the scene – completely impromptu – zombie mum let off a massive wet fart. Imagine it – a huge, selly fart let off by an 80 year old woman dressed as a corpse – horrible enough for you?
Convince us why your film should win our top award. Best answer wins the award (joking…or are we?)
If we don’t win, Zombie mum will come and eat your brains. And then make you tidy your room
