We could go for some cow balls right about now…
We present ROCKY MOUNTAIN OYSTERS – ANTWON THIGRATE
Synopsis: Diddy is an aspiring musician who has invented electroperaca, a genre of music that crosses electronica with opera. But he starts running into trouble when he meets Antwon Thigrate, another musician who also plays electroperaca – except he’s actually good.
Director: Sean Williams
Laugh Track: How much time and energy did you spend making the movie?
Sean: We’ve spent much of the past year making a feature-length film called Tokeasy, which basically took 60-80 hours a week for nine months straight, so making a short episode basically felt like a vacation.
Do you think it was worth all that time/energy?
Of course! We get better at filmmaking each time we make something, so all the time we spend working on film is worth it.
No, honestly. Was it?
Would we lie to you?
What’s the funniest thing that happened on set? And by funniest we mean the most horrible thing.
Honestly, this was a pretty uneventful set. I mean, some of the neighbors at the apartment yelled at us because we were being too loud, but that’s kind of what you expect when you spend two hours straight getting takes of actors screaming the same line over and over.
Tell us why you should win the top award. Best answer wins! (kidding…or are we?)
Because it’s so funny, we don’t even need a laugh track.
